NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual Meeting of Wainfleet St Mary Parish Council will take place on

Monday 9th May 2022 at 19.00

 in the Community Hall, St Michaels Lane, Wainfleet St Mary, PE24 4HB.

ALL COUNCILLORS ARE HEREBY SUMMONED TO ATTEND

There will be a 15 minute public forum when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council.

Members of the public are welcome to stay for the remainder of the meeting with the exception of closed sessions, but they may not speak on any matter after the public session is closed.

Every 2nd Monday of the month starting at 19.00hrs.

 

  1. Correspondence - any correspondence received will be emailed around prior to the meeting to enable councillors to review before the meeting.

 

  1. To resolve on whether the Council will move into Closed Session to consider the following 2 Confidential Staffing Matters in accordance with Public Bodies (Admission to meetings ) Act 1960.

Should this resolution be passed the public and the press will be required to leave the meeting

To receive a report on the Clerk’s annual performance and agree any actions resulting from this review.

To confirm salary review annual increase and arrears of pay as per NALC guidelines..
