Monday 10th October 2022 at 18.00
in the Community Hall, St Michaels Lane, Wainfleet St Mary, PE24 4HB.
ALL COUNCILLORS ARE HEREBY SUMMONED TO ATTEND
There will be a 10-minute public forum when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council
Members of the public are welcome to stay for the remainder of the meeting except for closed sessions, but they may not speak on any matter after the public session is closed.

To discuss and agree actions and associated expenditure for Working Groups

- Grass Cutting, Trees and Hedges – update with reference to “grounds maintenance” Review of Grass Cutting for the year and option to renew contract or tender elsewhere.
- Play Area – quote for painting for further discussion

- Open Spaces – Jubilee Orchard Management Group. Installation of the Planter and report of Bench on Wainfleet Bank with proposed locations for Bin and new bench.

Rock Painting Saturday 10th December – time and promotion.

Standing Orders and Health and Safety Policies – review and agree any updates/changes - Links to these policies sent to all Councillors for review

Cheques for approval and signature
Final ratification and approval for donation to WASTC
PKF Littlejohn highlighted a box on the Internal Audit report that had not been ticked and have issued n interim certificate until completion by IA.
Funding for the Summer Fete
14. Councillor emails addresses
Agreement as to whom will have a new dedicated email address for Council Business
15. Elections 2023 - Clerk course is October 12th - to be held over to the November meeting
16. RBL Service and Wreaths
2023 Service at WSM Parish Church - Wreaths and addition of a “Tommy” as a memorial. – corres emailed round prior to meeting.
17. Correspondence - Quarterly report from Lindsey Blind Society forwarded to all Councillors.
