NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Meeting of Wainfleet St Mary Parish Council will take place on
Monday 12th December 2022 at 18.10 in the Community Hall, St Michaels Lane, Wainfleet St Mary, PE24 4HB.
ALL COUNCILLORS ARE HEREBY SUMMONED TO ATTEND
There will be a 10-minute public forum at 18.00 when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council – your presence is also requested for this forum.
Members of the public are welcome to stay for the remainder of the meeting except for closed sessions, but they may not speak on any matter after the public session is closed.

An invitation to Spilsby Angling Club to discuss parking arrangements for fishing competitions

7. Fibre Broadband Roll out
To discuss the promotion of the initiative utilising the Markets in Wainfleet All Saints
8. Working Group Reports
To discuss and agree actions and associated expenditure for Working Groups
- Allotments – to discuss the advice and information received from Willsons – emailed 2nd December
- Grass Cutting, Trees and Hedges – update with reference to “grounds maintenance” – Groose Lane - cutting back of hedges.
- Play Area – Report on damage and repairs
- Community Hall – Completion of the Mural
- Planning – No applications rec’d
- Open Spaces – Jubilee Orchard Management Group – To update members of the progress to date of the planned development of the Orchard - Benches and Bin siting – to update the members on the progress of the siting of the benches and bin.
9. Community Hall Committee
To update the Council on the November Lunch Club and Christmas bookings.
To confirm and ratify with the Council the proposal to install an automatic water boiler – costs and approval of cost
Provision of a new ceramic hob to replace old solid plate – presentations of costs
10. Broken Railings – Pinfold – Salem Bridge
To discuss lack of action from the respective authorities in terms of the broken railing and undertakings given to the Parish Council
