NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual Meeting of Wainfleet St Mary Community Hall Committee will take place on Friday 17th May at 11.00am in the Community Hall, St Michaels Lane, Wainfleet St Mary, PE24 4HB following on from the D Day and Show meetings

ALL COMMITTEE MEMBERS ARE HEREBY SUMMONED TO ATTEND

There will be a 10-minute public forum when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Committee.

Members of the public are welcome to stay for the remainder of the meeting with the exception of closed sessions, but they may not speak on any matter after the public session is closed.

  9. Acceptance and resolution to accept the minutes as a true record of the Annual Committee Meeting held Friday 24th March 2023.

  11. To confirm and invite formal committee members.
  12. Clerks report - To update the members on issues from the previous meeting with Clerk’s Report
  13. Finance report - To update the Committee of hall finances and funding.
  14. D Day Working Group Report.
  15. Village Show Working Group Report
  16. Lunch Club and storage Report
  17. Agree Dates for the committe Meetings for the Year
  18. Correspondence - Any correspondence will be emailed around to members prior to the meeting
