NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Meeting of Wainfleet St Mary Community Hall Committee will take place on Friday 19th April,

at 11.00am in the Community Hall, St Michaels Lane, Wainfleet St Mary, PE24 4 HB.

The meeting will follow on from the D Day and Village Show Working Group Meetings scheduled for 10.00am.

ALL COMMITTEE MEMBERS ARE HEREBY SUMMONED TO ATTEND

There will be a 10-minute public forum when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Committee.

Members of the public are welcome to stay for the remainder of the meeting with the exception of closed sessions,

but they may not speak on any matter after the public session is closed.

10. Correspondence – request from Magdalen Museum to change the date of tea with Santa
