NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Meeting of Wainfleet St Mary Community Hall Committee will take place on Friday October 9th 2026, at 10.00am in the Community Hall, St Michaels Lane, Wainfleet St Mary, PE24 4HB.
ALL COMMITTEE MEMBERS ARE HEREBY SUMMONED TO ATTEND
There will be a 10-minute public forum when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Committee.
Members of the public are welcome to stay for the remainder of the meeting with the
exception of closed sessions, but they may not speak on any matter after the public session is closed.

Lunch Club
Christmas, the Village Show and Picnic are a separate meeting scheduled for the 16th October.

To discuss and agree a calendar – or not – for 2027
8. To agree date for movement of overflow equipment in to trailer and storage – plus date for dismantling and storing of Marquee.
To liaise reference movement of equipment and storage.
9. Proposed bid for Grant Funding from the East Lindsey Legacy Fund.
To Consider and approve a bid to the East Lindsey legacy Fund for support towards a Storage Container and the Lunch Club – the draft bid accompanies the agenda for all members to peruse and comment.
