NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual Meeting of Wainfleet St Mary Community Hall Committee will take place on Friday 8th May 2026 at 10.00am in the Community Hall, St Michaels Lane, Wainfleet St Mary, PE24 4HB. ALL COMMITTEE MEMBERS ARE HEREBY SUMMONED TO ATTEND..
There will be a 10-minute public forum when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Committee.
Members of the public are welcome to stay for the remainder of the meeting with the exception of closed sessions, but they may not speak on any matter after the public session is closed.

7.Apologies for Absence - To receive and approve apologies for absence.
8.Declarations of Interest - Members must declare any personal interest in any item on the agenda and state whether they are also prejudiced. In the case of personal interest, the member may speak and vote on the matter. In the case of prejudicial interests, the member must withdraw whilst the matter is discussed.
9.Draft Minutes from the Community Hall Meeting Friday April 10th 2026 and the Annual Council Meeting May 16th 2025 - To approve and accept the minutes as a true record of decisions taken
10. To confirm and invite formal committee members - Invitation to all members to continue with the committee and to welcome any new volunteers
11. Clerks report: -To update the members on issues from the previous meeting with Clerk’s Report
12. Finance report - To update the Committee of hall finances and funding with a full year end report.
