2. Hall Budget: £2000.00 – no payments made or pending.

£750.00 received from Mr Worth – donation for marquee flooring.

3. Erection of Marquee – Check planned for Friday 24th July. Erection date agreed as Wednesday 26th July – 10.00am – subject to weather. Print off Addl Full instructions required.

4. Response from Mr Worth – cheque for £750.00 received and thank you sent to Mr Worth – donation towards flooring.

5 Shields – Agreed to purchase 3 large and 3 small as per earlier email – costs calculated in item 1

6. Stalls and invitees.

See separate programme drawn up for the day.

Invite Andy Eldin for cars/vehicles.

Henry – 2 x 45 minutes slots with music to be played in between –

1.30- 2.15 and then 3.00 – 3.45 - Sue to contact and confirm- Microphone can be borrowed for raffle and auction.

Agree time for Bouncy castles set up....Cyd will monitor correct use.

8. Promotion – Promotional material received – flyers are in newsletter – distribution agreed as first week in August to all WSM residents. Posters have been distributed to outlying villages and notice boards. Promoted on council and events pages/local shops/garage and shared. Flyers for the Wainfleet Weekend – Cyd and Christine

9. Master FB Page for Show –Additional events (Cyd) in hand and will be advertised as details finalised. Any purchases for events – liaise with Clerk.

Sports Day – 16th August – lunch provided free of charge by Committee – hot dogs and ice creams – liaise with clerk for purchase.

10. Purchase of Certificates – JW will liaise with clerk for purchases

11. Temporary Events/PRS Licence – PRS Licence has been issued – no cost. Temporary Events Licence to be followed up.

12.Tea and cakes - in outside gazebo – Ann, Lynn and Audrey

13. Marshalls – Mick, Trevor, Barry, Pat, Clive with donation buckets

14. RaffleTombola – Auction

Cloakroom tickets to be purchased and tombola and raffle prizes to be requested.

First Aiders to be appointed – Cyd has a contact for First Aid Courses – and is happy to go on a course to be the appointed First Aider.
