The Jubilee Orchard
Following discussons at the last Council meeting in March and again April - the proposal to rename the Community orchard as the Jubilee Orchard was met with smiles and agreement. It was proposed and agreed unanimously to rename the orchard as The Jubilee Orchard and to consider purchasing a Bench similar to the current one but a specifially designed Platinum Jubilee bench to permanently commenorate the 70 year reign of our Queen Elizabeth 11
This too was agreed and an order has been placed for the bench which will be placed there ready for the beginning of the 4 day celebrations.
