NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Meeting of Wainfleet St Mary Parish Council will take place on Monday April 14th 2025 at 18.10 in the Community Hall, St Michaels Lane, Wainfleet St Mary, PE24 4HB.
ALL COUNCILLORS ARE HEREBY SUMMONED TO ATTEND
There will be a 10-minute public forum at 18.00 when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council – your presence is also requested for this forum.
Members of the public are welcome to stay for the remainder of the meeting except for closed sessions, but they may not speak on any matter after the public session is closed.

- Allotments: Working policy and update from the Chair of the Working Group to include the drone reports. To discuss and approve new tenants and contracts for vacant allotments – Associate membership of NFU
- Grass Cutting, Trees and Hedges.
- Play Area – Fence painting/shrub planting and next date to complete

- Open Spaces - Further contact requesting consideration to allow horses to graze the Hall Field.
