NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Meeting of Wainfleet St Mary Parish Council will take place on Monday February 10th 2025 at 18.10 in the Community Hall, St Michaels Lane, Wainfleet St Mary, PE24 4HB.
ALL COUNCILLORS ARE HEREBY SUMMONED TO ATTEND
There will be a 10-minute public forum at 18.00 when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council – your presence is also requested for this forum.
Members of the public are welcome to stay for the remainder of the meeting except for closed sessions, but they may not speak on any matter after the public session is closed.

1.Members Present
- Apologies for Absence - To receive and accept apologies for absence where valid reasons have been given.
3. Declarations of Interest and Dispensation Requests - Members must declare any personal interest in any item on the agenda and state whether they are also prejudiced.
In the case of personal interest, the member may speak and vote on the matter. In the case of prejudicial interests, the member must withdraw while the matter is discussed.
4. Draft Minutes of the Parish Council Meeting Monday January 13th 2025.
To confirm the draft minutes of the General Meeting held Monday January 13th as a true record.
5. Community Hall Committee Report.
Report from the Hall Committee to update members on actions and events - To include report from Mrs S Smith reference the teams survey undertaken at the Village Show.
6. Formal Acceptance of Councillor to WSM Parish Council - Declarations to be signed and witnessed to appoint Mrs J Ward to WSM Council.
7. Clerk’s Report - To update the members on items from the previous meeting with the Clerk’s Report.
8. Working Group Reports - To discuss and agree actions and associated expenditure ``

b. Grass Cutting, Trees and Hedges.
c. Play Area – update on repairs

10. Review of speed controls on the Wainfleet St Mary section on the A52 - to include the level crossing
Update to be requested following concerns raised in earlier meetings - November 2023 and July 2024
11. Update on Quickline fibre installation – Jessica Dixon - Discussion on cabinet installation to provide Wainfleet with fibre connection
12. National Highways & Transport (NHT) surveys for Councillors and Parish Councils
