NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Meeting of Wainfleet St Mary Parish Council will take place on Monday July 13th  2026 timed for 18.00 in the Community Hall, St Michaels Lane, Wainfleet St Mary, PE24 4HB.

ALL COUNCILLORS ARE HEREBY SUMMONED TO ATTEND

There will be a 10-minute public forum at 18.00 when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council – your presence is also requested for this forum.

Members of the public are welcome to stay for the remainder of the meeting except for closed sessions, but they may not speak on any matter after the public session is closed.

         2. Apologies for Absence - To receive and accept apologies for absence where valid reasons have been given.

         3. Declarations of Interest and Dispensation Requests - Members must declare any personal interest in any item on the agenda and state whether they are also prejudiced.

           In the case of personal interest, the member may speak and vote on the matter. In the case of prejudicial interests, the member must withdraw while the matter is discussed.

       6. Community Hall Committee Report.-  Report from the Hall Committee to update members on actions and events planned for 2026  including the Village Show.

       7. Bus Shelter Improvements and Funding - to receive quotes received to date

       8. Clerk’s Report - To update the members on items from the previous meeting with the Clerk’s Report.
