NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Meeting of Wainfleet St Mary Parish Council will take place on Monday March 9th 2026 timed for 18.00 in the Community Hall, St Michaels Lane, Wainfleet St Mary, PE24 4HB.
ALL COUNCILLORS ARE HEREBY SUMMONED TO ATTEND.
There will be a 10-minute public forum at 18.00 when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council – your presence is also requested for this forum.
Members of the public are welcome to stay for the remainder of the meeting except for closed sessions, but they may not speak on any matter after the public session is closed.

3. Declarations of Interest and Dispensation Requests - Members must declare any personal interest in any item on the agenda and state whether they are also prejudiced.
In the case of personal interest, the member may speak and vote on the matter. In the case of prejudicial interests, the member must withdraw while the matter is discussed.

8. Proposal to establish a WSM Soccer School Club for Wainfleet children. To discuss the information rec’d from the Hall Meeting and presentation from a resident.
9. Spring /Summer Newsletter – to review and agree content and approve for printing.
