Mobile Photograph Competition – Wainfleet St Mary Village Show – 17th September

Rules and Terms and Conditions of Entry

The competition is open to all with the exception of professional photographers, or relatives of the judging panel.

Junior submissions (16 and under) must have their parent or responsible adult’s permission to enter and post the images.

There are 2 sections

Juniors - 16 and under.

Senior – 17 and over

Categories in both sections are –

Coastal,

Nature,

Agriculture in Action

Wonderful Wainfleet

Animals – Pets/Wildlife

The individual submitting the photograph must be the person who has taken the image.

Images of private gardens – (other than that of the entrant) the entrant must have the permission of the owner before submission.

Images containing identifiable people must have their permission before submission.

Images should be presented in a high-resolution format – i.e JPG/ Jpeg

Entrants can submit one digital entry per category stating which category the entry is to be judged in and to include the photographer’s name.

Minimal digital enhancement is acceptable but alterations that change the authenticity of the image are not.

An individual can win only one prize in any one category in any one year.

Multiple categories can be entered but only one category can be won.

Entries for the competition should be sent to/posted on the WSM Facebook Photo Competition

Please do not enter any photo for which you wish to retain the copyright

Photos must be received and posted on the FaceBook Competition Page by August 31st 2023

Voting will be “likes” to each post.

The top 5 from each section will be printed and displayed at the Show with the public voting for the eventual winners. Winning photographs will be published as a 2024 calendar available with each winner receiving a copy and the remainders being available for sale to support the Community Fund
