NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Meeting of Wainfleet St Mary Parish Council will take place on

Monday September 9th 2024 at 18.10 in the Community Hall, St Michaels Lane, Wainfleet St Mary, PE24 4HB.

ALL COUNCILLORS ARE HEREBY SUMMONED TO ATTEND

There will be a 10-minute public forum at 18.00 when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council – your presence is also requested for this forum.

Members of the public are welcome to stay for the remainder of the meeting except for closed sessions, but they may not speak on any matter after the public session is closed.

       6.  Resignation of Cllr B Adams - Formal acceptance of resignation of Cllr Adams and letter of thanks.

       7.  Letter of Interest for Parish Councillor vacancy - To receive letter of interest for parish council vacancy and process of co-option if no election requested.                                               

       8.  Community Hall Committee Report - Report from the Hall Committee to update members on actions and events to include Village Show and Christmas Plans.

       9.  Flag Day dates – Discussion to adopt specific dates and purchase flags if required.

      10. Geo-caching initiative – Update from Cllr Dr C Shrubsole reference the geo-caching project

       11. Clerk’s Report - To update the members on items from the previous meeting with the Clerk’s Report.  .
