NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Meeting of Wainfleet St Mary Parish Council will take place on

Monday July 8th 2024 at 18.10 in the Community Hall, St Michaels Lane, Wainfleet St Mary, PE24 4HB.

ALL COUNCILLORS ARE HEREBY SUMMONED TO ATTEND.

There will be a 10-minute public forum at 18.00 when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council – your presence is also requested for this forum.

Members of the public are welcome to stay for the remainder of the meeting except for closed sessions, but they may not speak on any matter after the public session is closed.

            In the case of personal interest, the member may speak and vote on the matter. In the case of     prejudicial interests, the member must withdraw while the matter is discussed.

       4.  Draft Minutes of the Parish Council Meeting Monday June 10th 2024. - To confirm the draft minutes of the General Meeting held Monday June 10th 2024.

         5.  Community Hall Committee Report. - Report from the Hall Committee to update members on actions and events: Approval/authority for Security camera expenditure.

        6.  Clerk’s Report - To update the members on items from the previous meeting with the Clerk’s Report.
