Minutes of the Extraordinary Meeting of Wainfleet St Mary Parish Council which took place on Monday 31st March 2025 at 18.10 in the Community Hall, St Michaels Lane, Wainfleet St Mary, PE24 4HB, preceded by the Public Forum at 18.00
These are draft minutes and are subject to amendment until approved at the next Council Meeting Monday April 14th 2025, at 18.10.

1. Members present
Cllr I Hyde (Chair), Cllr M Rust (MR); Cllr P Garrard (PG); Cllr C Alexander (CA); Cllr T Ward (TW); Cllr Jan Ward (JW). Also present – Clerk M Clarke
2. Apologies for Absence – Apologies were received from Cllr Dr C Shrubsole, Cllr M Rendall and Cllr A Proctor - Council resolved to accept.
3. Declarations of Interest – No declarations were received.
4. Agricultural Holdings.
Cllr IH introduced the meeting with the focus being on the Agricultural Holdings and the findings and reports from the Working Group.
Cllr IH invited Cllr MR to present the report and develop a strategy as produced by the Working Group with each recommendation being discussed and voted on.
A resolution to meet with the tenants was agreed and the recommendations of the report were proposed and seconded and put to a vote.
The tenants' meeting resolution and the WG report recommendations were unanimously approved by all Councillors.
Chair IH thanked all for attending and closed the meeting at 19.35.
The main Council monthly meeting is scheduled for Monday 14th April at 18.10 following the Public Forum.
