NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Meeting of Wainfleet St Mary Parish Council will take place on

Monday 13th September 2021 at 19.00

in the Community Hall, St Michaels Lane, Wainfleet St Mary, PE24 4HB.

ALL COUNCILLORS ARE HEREBY SUMMONED TO ATTEND

There will be a 10 minute public forum when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council

Members of the public are welcome to stay for the remainder of the meeting with the exception of closed sessions, but they may not speak on any matter after the public session is closed.

This meeting is subject to covid safe guidelines – members of the public are requested to wear a face covering, use the track and trace system app or register with the clerk on arrival, and use the sanitiser provided on entry.

Social distancing is to be a minimum of 2 metres.

Public - An opportunity for the public to ask the Council questions and to bring new observations

1. Police Report - To receive a report from the Police representative.

2. Apologies for absence - To receive and approve apologies for absence.

3. Declarations of Interest - Members must declare any personal interest in any item on the agenda and state whether they are also prejudiced.  In the case of personal interest, the member may speak and vote on the matter.  In the case of prejudicial interests, the member must withdraw while the matter is discussed.

4. Minutes of the Council Meeting on 13th July 2021 - To confirm the minutes as a true record of the council meeting held Monday 14th July 2021.

12Planning - To receive and discuss applications - Application reference S/195/01719/21 has been received and is now being considered. Observations are requested no later than 14/09/2021. Planning Permission - Extension to existing dwelling to provide additional living accommodation, part of existing dwelling to be demolished. Erection of a detached garage, existing garage on site to be demolished - BRYNDALE, GROOSE LANE, WAINFLEET ST MARY, SKEGNESS, PE24 4EZ

16. Queens Platinum Jubilee – Extended bank holiday weekend Thurs 2nd June to Sunday 5th June 2022 – The Big Jubilee Lunch

Invitation from WASTC to join together with Thorpe St Peter to provide a partnership approach to the celebrations – Thorpe have indicated they are interested but would like a bit more detail on the proposal. It has been suggested a date be arranged when 2 members of each Council could meet to discuss ideas, finances and planning and if a joint approach is feasible.
