The Ordinary Meeting of the Parish Council is scheduled for 7pm on Monday 9th November 2020 in the Community Hall, St Michael’s Lane, Wainfleet Saint Mary.

Because of the imminent lockdown the meeting has been brought forward to Wednesday 4th November to permit a full Council meeting.

Members of the public are welcome ( a face covering will be required to be worn) – please register with the Clerk at wsmpclerk@btinternet.com so contact details can be recorded for track and trace. These details will be held in accordance with the data protection act and destroyed after 3 weeks. The QR code for use with NHS Track and Trace app is on display in the entrance lobby.

All Councillors are hereby summoned to attend. There will be a 10-minute public forum at the commencement of the meeting when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council. Members of the public are welcome to stay for the remainder of the meeting, with the exceptions of closed sessions, but they may not speak on any matter after the public session is closed.
