Notes of Extraordinary Parish Council Meeting

held on 15th January 2020 at 7pm

Council meeting commenced at 19:00hrs

1.Apologies for Absence

2. Declarations of Interest

To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 (Members must declare any personal interest in any item on the agenda and state whether they are also prejudiced. In the case of personal interest, the member may speak and vote on the matter. In the case of prejudicial interests, the member must withdraw while the matter is discussed.)

None declared.

3. Closed Session

To propose to go into closed session and exclude press and public to discuss administration in relation to reviewing applications for new clerk and agreeing an appointment of new clerk.

Proposed, Seconded and resolved to employ New Clerk as from 1st February 2020 pending satisfactory references

New Pay Scale SPC 5 at 10hrs a week and with an office allowance.
